Army Talks Vol.2 No.45

The "Army Talks" magazines were intended to boost morale and inform soldiers stationed in the European theater of major updates.  Their purpose as officially stated was, "to help them become better-informed men and women and therefore better soldiers."  These magazines saw production from 1943 - 1945 and were often issued (published) on a weekly or biweekly basis.
