German GM30Â Gas Mask
This mask was mainly utilized by the German Wehrmacht from 1934 - 1945. These masks have cloth straps and a thick canvas face portion coated with rubber and metal fittings around the lenses and filter intake. This mask represents an updated production where a special rubber protector was inserted into the mask to increase the effectiveness of the filter and prevent soldiers from hitting their teeth when falling.
